4 Stars!This one was a complete surprise. It was another one that I checked out from the library without really knowing anything about it or the author. I enjoyed it more than I expected. The plot is pretty original and I got a good feel for the characters. The pacing worked well with the action, but I ran into a few slow spots which is my only complaint. There is some christian philosophy in the story line but it's not smothering or preachy so I didn't find it offensive. (I am not easily offended by that sort of thing though.) I am looking forward to what comes next.
